Worksmart completed a comprehensive renovation and technology infrastructure upgrade throughout Vans’ Southern California headquarters, enhancing boardrooms, conference and team rooms, libraries, and collaborative spaces while carefully phasing construction to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
The project also transformed the rooftop into a dynamic event destination for large gatherings, featuring a built-in BBQ and bar, large-format drop-down AV screen, and upgraded entertainment areas, supported by significant structural improvements to accommodate the enhanced rooftop use.
