This project encompassed a complete interior and exterior transformation, repositioning the existing building into a modern, amenity-rich workplace environment.
Exterior improvements included a drought-tolerant garden highlighted by a custom-commissioned Spruce Goose art installation, an outdoor kitchenette with gas BBQ and refrigerator, and a tiled lounge and event area enhanced with decorative string lighting.
The building façade was modernized with new architectural column extrusions, updated paint, and prominent address signage, creating a refreshed and contemporary identity.
The interior was completely renovated to provide an open, flexible workplace centered around employee experience and collaboration.
Improvements included inviting lounge and gathering areas, new kitchens, flexible workspaces, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with dedicated showers and supporting amenities. A new elevator was also installed to provide seamless access between both office levels and the rooftop parking structure, improving circulation and connectivity throughout the property.
