Worksmart completed a comprehensive gut renovation and modernization of Crane Aerospace’s occupied facility, transforming a building that had remained largely untouched for more than 40 years into a high-performance environment supporting the company’s evolving aerospace operations.
Improvements spanned the facility’s lobby, employee training areas, quality control laboratories, production spaces, and manufacturing environments. With operations remaining active throughout construction, Worksmart carefully planned and phased the work to minimize disruption while delivering a modernized facility built to support Crane’s technical requirements and long-term growth.
The project included extensive MEP infrastructure upgrades to bring the facility into compliance with current codes while providing the enhanced systems and capacity required to support Crane’s specialized laboratory, production, and manufacturing functions.
